In May, 2014, Mr. Carlos Bertomeu, founder and Chief Executive Officer of Air Nostrum since it was founded, became President and main shareholder of the Company thanks to the important capital increase operation that took place. Other Air Nostrum shareholders include Mr. Antonio Pellicer and Mr. Jose Remohi, founders of the Instituto Valenciano de Infertilidad (Valencia Fertility Institute), both personally and through their holding companies, and a small group of Air Nostrum airline executives.
